Initial Consultation — $350 Your first visit is a 90-minute telehealth evaluation, comprehensive and unhurried. We'll cover mood, anxiety, sleep, cognitive function, hormonal patterns, and your full psychiatric and health history. You'll leave with a personalized care plan that includes recommendations across lifestyle, nutrition, relationships, and mental health. Psychiatric and hormone medications are prescribed where clinically indicated.

Lab Panel — $200 Before your first visit, a targeted lab panel is ordered so your results are ready and informing your care from the very first conversation. Labs are drawn at a location convenient to you and paid out of pocket directly, no insurance billing, no delays.

Ongoing Membership — $95/month One flat monthly fee covers everything, all follow-up visits, secure messaging, and ongoing monitoring. No per-visit charges, no surprise bills. Visit frequency is guided by your needs. Most patients start with monthly visits and gradually transition to every three months as stability is reached. Your care evolves with you.

Getting started costs $550 total ($350 initial consultation + $200 lab panel)

Your $95/month membership begins after your initial visit.
