Simple, Transparent Pricing
Insurance Credentialing is in progress with Blue Cross Blue Shield and UnitedHealthcare. Until that is complete, there are two ways to pay.
Initial visit — $350 A comprehensive 60-minute telehealth evaluation covering mood, anxiety, sleep, cognitive function and full psychiatric history — and, where symptoms point that way, the hormonal patterns behind them. The same $350 whichever option you choose.
Option 1 — Pay per visit Follow-ups are $175. Forms and paperwork are $50 each.
Option 2 — Membership, $125 per month Unlimited visits as needed for medication management, text access answered within 24 hours, and paperwork at no extra charge. Not available to Medicare or Medicaid patients.
Labs and medications Billed separately at cash-pay rates. A typical lab panel runs about $225. Labs are drawn at a location convenient to you and billed by the lab, not by this practice.
