Medical weight management, integrated with the same hormone-informed psychiatric care you already trust, not a separate, disconnected program.
If you've tried diet and exercise changes that didn't move the needle the way they should, you're not imagining it. Weight regulation is deeply tied to hormones, metabolism, mood, and medication history, the same interconnected systems this practice is built to look at together.
Here, GLP-1 and metabolic support isn't a side offering. It's evaluated alongside your mental health and, where relevant, your hormonal picture, so treatment decisions account for your whole story, not just a number on a scale.
Comprehensive Evaluation
I review your metabolic history, prior weight-loss attempts, relevant labs, and how weight intersects with your mood, hormones, and current medications before recommending a plan.
Individualized GLP-1 Protocol When clinically appropriate, treatment includes compounded GLP-1 therapy with a personalized titration schedule, built around your response and tolerance, not a one-size-fits-all dose.
Ongoing Monitoring
Regular check-ins track progress, side effects, and dose adjustments, folded into the rest of your care rather than run as a separate program.
Pay per visit $175 per visit for Psychiatry, GLP-1 and metabolic management, typically every three to six months. Your first psychiatric evaluation is $350 if you are new to the practice.
Membership $350 for a 60-minute initial visit, then $125 per month covering metabolic, hormone and psychiatric care together, with unlimited visits as needed for medication management.
Not included Medications and laboratory testing. Baseline labs are needed before starting GLP-1 therapy; they are ordered at a location convenient to you and billed directly by the lab at cash-pay rates.
This program is designed for women already seeking integrated, whole-picture care, not a quick-fix weight-loss shortcut. If you're looking for medical weight management that takes your hormones, mood, and full health history seriously, you're in the right place.
