What It Costs. What You Get.
There are no surprise fees and no rigid visit schedules. Just straightforward pricing, whichever way you choose to pay.
Pricing is the same statewide. Whether you are looking for mental health care in Montrose, Colorado or live elsewhere in Colorado, every visit is by telehealth.
Insurance Credentialing is in progress with Blue Cross Blue Shield and UnitedHealthcare. Until that is complete, care is available through either of the two options below. Call or text and I will tell you where things stand.
Option 1 — Pay per visit Psychiatry is $350 for your initial 60-minute visit, then $175 per follow-up. Forms and paperwork are $50 each, at standard response time.
Option 2 — Membership $350 for the same 60-minute initial visit, then $125 per month. Psychiatric care, hormone care and GLP-1 management are all included, with unlimited visits as needed for medication management, text access answered within 24 hours, and paperwork at no extra charge. Membership is not available to patients using Medicare or Medicaid.
Which one fits Pay per visit if you expect to be seen a few times a year and want to pay only for what you use. Choose membership if you want frequent contact, and one predictable monthly cost.
Not included in either Medications and laboratory testing. Labs are ordered at a location convenient to you and billed directly by the lab at cash-pay rates. A typical lab panel runs about $225.
Getting started $350 for your first visit, whichever option you choose.
For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room; for immediate mental health crisis support, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7).
