Your care begins with a 90-minute Telehealth Initial Psychiatric Consultation — $350.

These visits are typically available Monday through Friday between 1 and 4pm.

This visit is comprehensive and focused. We review your symptoms, treatment history, medical background, and goals for care. Hormonal influences — including cycle patterns, perimenopause, thyroid considerations, or prior hormone therapy are assessed when clinically relevant.

The purpose of this visit is clarity: diagnosis, treatment direction, and a plan built for stability.

You should leave your first appointment feeling informed, understood, and confident in the next steps.

Your care plan is individualized and may include:

• Medication management when appropriate
• Hormone-informed treatment considerations
• Lab review and additional testing if indicated
• Practical guidance for sleep, stress, and overall mental health

At the conclusion of the consultation, we determine the appropriate ongoing membership level based on your clinical needs and recommended visit frequency.

All appointments are conducted through secure telehealth for patients located in Colorado, allowing private and convenient access to care.

If an underlying medical condition is suspected, appropriate lab testing, primary care coordination, or specialty referrals will be recommended.
