Getting started is simple and low-pressure. Here's how it works:

Step 2 — Choose how you would like to pay Per visit, or membership. Both cover the same clinical care; they differ in how often you are seen and how you are billed. Full pricing is on the Costs page.

Step 3 — Your first visit Sixty minutes, $350. Telehealth, anywhere in Colorado. We review your history and the full picture of what has been going on, and you leave with a personalized care plan covering lifestyle, nutrition, relationships, psychiatric health, and hormone balance. Medications are prescribed where clinically indicated.

Step 4 — Ongoing care Follow-ups as often as your treatment needs them. If labs are needed, they are ordered at a location convenient to you and billed directly by the lab, so results are ready and waiting when we meet.

Your care plan is individualized and may include:

• Medication management when appropriate
• Hormone-informed treatment considerations
• Lab review
• Practical guidance for sleep, stress, and overall mental health

At the end of your first visit, we agree on which payment option fits — pay per visit or membership — based on your clinical needs and how often you are likely to be seen.

All appointments are conducted through secure telehealth for patients located in Colorado, allowing private and convenient access to care.

If an underlying medical condition is suspected, appropriate lab testing, primary care coordination, or specialty referrals will be recommended.
